Claro Court is a brand new development comprising a row of four contemporary SIPs town houses in the heart of Knaresborough, North Yorkshire.

The SIPS@Clays team worked closely with client St Roberts Homes to design, fabricate and erect the three storey homes, completing the installation of the SIPs structure in just four weeks.

Situated just off the busy Knaresborough High Street, access to the site was challenging. However one of the benefits of building with SIPs is the SIPs panels can be delivered on a flat bed trailer, which it was to great effect. This means minimal disruption to surrounding businesses, properties, and people.

Using the Kingspan TEK building system, these modern town houses are thermally efficient and built to an extremely high specification.

Built by developer St Roberts Homes, these stylish, three bedroomed, homes are a perfect example of SIPs for developers.
